Maik is not just an employee – he is an integral part of MICROQORE Medical’s history. Since the company was founded in 2019, he has experienced all the highs and lows and has established himself as an indispensable part of our team. As our first surgical mechanic apprentice, he laid a crucial foundation stone and showed how much potential he had. Now, a few years later, he is at a turning point: with his upcoming training to become a master craftsman, Maik is preparing to take on an even more central role in our company.
“It was an exciting time because everything was new,” says Maik, thinking back to the early years. “We started as a small team and built up structures together. There were many challenges, but it brought us closer together and strengthened me personally. ” With his dedicated and determined manner, Maik quickly learned all the production processes and became deeply involved in the workflows. Today, he knows every step and every detail as if he had been there for decades.
After his training, he joined MICROQORE Medical as a journeyman and quickly developed into an employee we can rely on in every respect. But for Maik, this was just the beginning. “It was always clear to me that I wanted to develop further,” he says resolutely. “The opportunity to complete my industrial master craftsman qualification and take on even more responsibility means a lot to me. I am grateful that MICROQORE supports me on this path and has the confidence in me to continue my training and develop my career. “

Thanks to his experience, Maik not only knows the technical details, but has also developed a deep understanding of the demands and standards of medical technology. “It’s a good feeling to know that I can oversee the entire production process from start to finish. I am responsible for the quality of our products, and the trust that MICROQORE places in me motivates me anew every day ,” he explains proudly. Maik is an important support for the team, his experience and knowledge are indispensable – and his positive attitude inspires everyone around him.
With the industrial master craftsman’s certificate in sight, Maik will take on even more responsibility in the future and help to further strengthen and develop MICROQORE Medical. “MICROQORE is not just a workplace for me – it’s a part of my life that I actively help to shape,” he says proudly. “I’m looking forward to taking the company forward, being part of this team and taking the next steps together with all my colleagues.“
